Services Offered

• Mobile Notary Services — We travel to your home, office, hospital, or other agreed location.

• Remote Online Notarization (RON) — Secure online notarization via Proof and BlueNotary.

• Loan Document Signings — Full service for real estate transactions, refinance packages, and other loan closings.

• General Notarial Acts — Acknowledgments, jurats, oaths/affirmations, certified copies, and more.

Fee Schedule (Texas-Compliant)

Notarial Acts (set by Texas law)

• Acknowledgment / Proof of Execution: $10 for the first signature, $1 for each additional signature (same document).

• Oath or Affirmation with Certificate & Seal: $10.

• Certificate under Seal (not otherwise provided): $10.

• Certified Copies from Notary Record Book: $1 per page.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

​

• Texas-allowed RON add-on fee: up to $25 per online notarization, in addition to the notarial act fee.

• Platforms supported: Proof (formerly Notarize) & BlueNotary. (Platform fees may also apply.)

Mobile / On-Site Convenience Fees (separate from notarial fees)

​

• Local mobile service (0–20 miles round trip): $65

• Additional mileage: $1.50 per mile (after 20 miles RT)

• Rush / same-day booking (<4 hours notice): +$25

• After-hours, weekends, or holidays: +$25

• Parking, tolls, or gate fees: billed at cost

Specialty Location Fees

​

• Hospitals, nursing facilities, or jail visits (due to check-in/security delays): +$25

​

Multi-Signer / Extra Services

​

• Additional signer on the same document: +$10 (first signature), +$1 for each extra signature

• Witness sourcing (if provided by M.L.E.): $25 per witness

• Printing loan or legal document packages (up to 250 pages): included

• Extra printing: $15 per 100 pages beyond 250

• Scan-backs or secure uploads: $25

Loan Signing Packages (Certified Notary Signing Agent)

• Standard buyer/borrower/seller package: $125–$150 (includes 20 miles RT + 250 printed pages)

• Second package at same appointment (related): +$35 | (unrelated): +$50

• Additional mileage: +$20 flat per extra 20 miles, or $1.50/mile

Time-Based Policies

​

• Wait time beyond 20 minutes: $1 per minute (billed in 5-min increments)

• No-show or cancellation (<2 hours before appointment): $40

Compliance Notice

All notarial act fees strictly follow Texas Government Code §406.024. Remote Online Notarization fees follow §406.111. M.L.E Enterprises’ mobile and RON convenience fees are separate agreed service charges and do not exceed Texas state-mandated notarial fee limits.
